Concrete hardeners are silicate-based penetrating sealers.  They react with soluble calcium compounds (free lime) in the concrete and form insoluble calcium silicates to create a breathable protective barrier.

TK-5329 files these capillaries and pores  to make the concrete imperious to water, and many chemicals.

Concrete fully cured has open   capillaries and pores.

TK-5329 FLOOR HARDENER AND DENSIFIER  is a colorless, odorless, nontoxic,  noncombustible blend of 100% active sodium silicate and siliconate chemicals which deeply penetrate the concrete and masonry substrates.  It chemically reacts with the calcium component in the cement to strengthen, harden, density, dustproof and waterproof it permanently.

TRI-A-LITH  is a magnesium silicofluoride designed to harden concrete by a 100% reaction with calcium compounds in the cement.  The solution penetrates deep into the concrete surface to make it a dense mass resisting oil, grease, abrasion and chemical attack.
Estimating quantity on a three coat application - 1 gallon will do 175 sq. ft.

TK-1835 SILHARD  is a sodium silicate concrete curing hardening agent to be used when the owner wants nothing on the concrete to impede the penetration or adhesion of another product.  Sodium silicates reacts with the calcium hydroxide in the concrete to manufacture a mineral in the pores of the concrete to densify the concrete.
